Auditing Bulgarian company accounts
If you own property or land in Bulgaria you would have formed a
Bulgarian company to be able to own it.
According to Bulgarian law, the company is required to prepare a set of
audited annual accounts at the end of each financial year.
Although your Bulgarian company may not be a ‘trading’ company you are still required to submit an annual set of accounts to the Bulgarian authorities.
If you receive a rental income from your property in Bulgaria then it is very important that you keep detailed accounts of income and expenditure and have an audit carried out annually and pay the appropriate taxes to the Bulgarian government.
The auditing of company accounts is a straightforward procedure which we carry out for our clients.
Please complete the form below and we will contact you to discuss preparing audited accounts for your Bulgarian company.
Please note: Company Auditing is different from re-registering your company.
You were required to re-register your Bulgarian company BEFORE DECEMBER 2011. If you failed to do this, you now stand to lose your property or land.
